Many of the staff members have very poor attitude toward the client, lack professionalism, and are like bullies. Each time there is a problem with my hearing aid, they try to get rid of me. Each time I receive a new machine, they are not very patient, nor do they seem to understand my needs. When I tell them to make an adjustment, they get very uptight, like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible. Most of all, when I try to explain my issues, they look at me like I am from another planet. Their attitude is very bully-like, and not very welcoming. Once, I had a appointment to fix my device, and they are always trying to scare me with the cost to fix it but I kept telling them that its covered by Medicare. I feel like it gets them upset, and they do not want to waste time with you if...
